Cristina Suciu Vleju
Chief of Staff
Cristina Suciu Vleju has extensive international experience in both finance and law. She speaks four languages fluently and led teams and projects in a variety of industries, from financial services to software development. Prior to being promoted to the National CyberWatch Center Chief of Staff, Cristina led the CyberWatch Center team developing Competency-Based Mastery Learning instructional designs for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). As a contractor to software development, construction, law, and healthcare organizations, she implemented methodologies for adaptive product development, risk and quality management, enhanced communications and operational efficiency, and client service management. Cristina is skilled in conflict management, scrum and agile methodologies, process improvement, and public relations. Cristina has a Master of Science degree in Project Management and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Project Management. She is a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certified by Scrum.org.
