Culture Change that Sticks

The goal? For everyone to “own” security within the organization. The ideal state is that this is not the job of just one functional group, but that every employee has and knows their role in cybersecurity and are active and vocal advocates. For most of our organizations, this is not the case, and to get there we need to explore how to shift the mindsets and behaviors of our people within our organization, and how to change the current culture to get the results we desire.

This webinar will explore what culture is and why it matters, and how to create workplaces where people are inspired to do their best work aligned with your organization’s values and priorities. Rebecca presents tactical ways using proven design thinking approaches to coalesce around shared values; empower employees; hire “culture add” employees, not “culture fit”; encourage and leverage innovation internally; entrust “change agents” to advance culture from the bottom up; and allow people to be their authentic selves at work.
